At your disposal is a modern and eco-friendly larch house with an area of about 500 m2, which is ideal for private and family holidays. The company’s managers are always ready to provide services for organizing your leisure time.

Territory
A forest area of about 18 hectares is located on the shore of a lake 11 kilometers long, the depth of the lake in some places is more than 40 meters. The coastline along the lake is more than 400 m long. There is a lot of fish in the lake. There is a small sandy beach with a gazebo, a pier for motor boats and a dry closet. There are a lot of mushrooms and berries in the forest during the season. There is also a stocked private pond with an area of 1.2 hectares on the territory
House
Our company offers year-round secluded holidays in Latgale, in a modern, comfortable premium house with an area of about 500 m2. The two-story house is made of larch, there is a non-residential ground floor with a garage and utility rooms. 4 bedrooms with individual bathrooms, office, spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, 4 dressing rooms, 2 guest toilets. The house is equipped with gas heating and ventilation system, WI-FI, satellite TV. If necessary, we can arrange for the dog to be kept in an outdoor enclosure. Pets are not allowed in the house
